Payment Policies

 

Blossom Sisters Dance & Performing Arts 2023-24 Season is like a school year. Monthly fees are due on the first week of each month during the season(until July 2022) depending on whatever your due date falls on. The due date will show on the bottom of your invoice.

 

To Avoid A $10 Late Fee, All tuition are due between the 1st of the month. Return Check fee $15.00. Ask about Our automatic Payment option. We gladly accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Check or Money order. Some monthly "sessions" during our season have 5 dance classes.

 

Some months have three (Winter and Spring Break). Monthly Tuition Is still the same. There is no credit for Missed classes, and holidays. Exception Bereavement) 

Tuition is the same for 3 or 5 Week month. (Example March has 5 weeks. You still required to pay $50 for that month) You will receive an invoice each month by mail and in person.

CLASSES MUST BE DROPPED IN WRITING IN PERSON OR VIA EMAIL AT info@Blossomsistersdance.org Tuition and registration fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Notification to withdraw from class must be received in writing by Blossom Sisters Dance by the 15th of the month in order to stop tuition payment for the following month.

 

*Registration, & Tuition fees are non Refundable* COSTUMES ARE TO ONLY BE WORN PICTURE DAY, DRESS REHEARSAL, AND FOR THE DANCE RECITAL.(To avoid damage to costumes) COSTUME PAYMENT INFORMATION:

 

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & Apple Pay. In-Person or Online. 

 

All Costume Range Between $75-$150 includes Recital Fee, & Shipping and Handling Fee.

 

All Costumes fees are non-refundable. The policy is no refunds for costume payments. 

The costume company will not issue a refund or credit and consider all sales final.
