Sisters in Heels!

Class description 

Have you ever wanted to dance like Beyonce or Tina Turner in heels?   Sultry dancing to your favorite songs

 

Stilettos with Nicole is a class for beginners to bring out your inner sexy. In the kids classroom Nicole is Known as Miss Nikki,  but adult classes she is known as Fox!  It’s time to let your alter ego out on the dance floor.  Heels should support the ankle and not have a platform.  The first part of class will be done in socks to stretch. The second part will be across the floor getting used to walking in heels and feeling the music. The third part will be choreography.


 

No Stilettos please due to studio dance floors


 

305 Fitness (Beginners)

Class description 

 

305 fitness is a non-stop dance party that consists of choreography, toning, and cardio dance. We twerk it out and dance all while working up a sweat and getting our blood flowing.   Expect to strut your stuff, feel like a boss, and live it up like we’re back in the clubs pre corona.


 

Pilates

Class description 

Pilates develops a longer, leaner, stronger, and more graceful body by improving muscular symmetry, alignment, posture, core strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. A continuous sequence of poses that 'flow' from one to another with an inhale or exhale resulting in a fluid, lyrical class


 

Zumba

Class description 

Tired of regular old cardio? Then Zumba is a fun and exciting way to get your heart rate going through fun latin rhythms. 

Zumba is an exercise created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez during the 1990s. Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. Fun Fact: A study shows that a person burns 300-900 calories with an hour Zumba exercise
